STEM Camp is designed to be fun and hands-on. This free day camp will be held at the Kidd Math/Science Building on the campus of University of Rio Grande.
Grades 7-12 June 24-28, 2024
Due to enrollment being full, registration is currently closed for Grades K-6 (June 17-21, 2024). You can still complete the application for your child, and they will be placed on a waitlist.
Each grade level enrollment is limited to 40 students. Enrollment will be filled in the order the forms are returned. There is NO charge for attending the camp.
You may enroll more than one child. Complete a Registration Form for each child.
Classes run from 9:00am - 4:00pm each day.
Classes will be held in the Kidd Math/Science building and at a various of outdoor locations on campus. Lunch, snacks, and breaks will be provided daily.
Science - Biology, ecology, chemistry, and physics.
Technology - Digital modeling and prototyping, 3D printing, computer programming, machine learning, and game development.
Engineering - civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, electronics and robotics.
Math - Concepts and exercises that apply to science, technology, and engineering to mathematics.
