University of Rio Grande to Host Annual Fundraising Dinner

University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College proudly announces its annual Fundraising Dinner, an event dedicated to fostering education and creating opportunities for students. The dinner is scheduled for Thursday, April 10, at 5:30 pm, and will take place at the Holzer Leadership & Innovation Center, located at 254 Jackson Pike, Gallipolis.

The evening is designed to raise money for the Rio Fund, which provides essential financial aid, cutting-edge technology, campus enhancements, and life-changing opportunities for students. The event will feature live and silent auctions, a social hour, a Rio update from President Ryan Smith, and inspiring stories from talented students.

Last year’s event raised nearly $40,000 for Rio students. President Ryan Smith hopes that this year’s event will be even more successful.

“As our institution continues to grow, so do the needs of our students,” said President Smith. “Every gift, large or small, ensures that our students and faculty have the resources they need to excel. With the help of donors, we are building a legacy that will impact generations to come."
