Welsh Language Classes

The Madog Center for Welsh Studies offers Welsh language Classes for community members at a workshop rate of $165 for 16 weeks of classes. No credit is given for these classes. All courses use the National Center for Welsh Language’s curriculum and textbooks.

E-mail us at welsh@rio.edu to join our waiting list for Welsh classes. We usually accept students twice a year (January and September) depending on the level of the individual and tutor availability.

Welsh Entry 1 (Mynediad 1)

Suitable for beginners and those with little or no Welsh.
